Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We utilize external courier services to deliver the orders except in situations where a special arrangement has been made by the customer with Quick SA. Our customers are welcome to arrange their own courier to pick-up the orders from our pick-up points. The delivery fee is calculated based on distance, size & weight and is displayed at checkout before Payment. Estimated Delivery Time is usually between 1-7 days (Delivery time varies depending on your location). For same day and overnight delivery, please arrange with Quick SA. We currently do not have Cash on Delivery Option. All orders must be fully paid before they are dispatched or collected.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made from Quick SA under certain conditions.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased or  have changed your mind, you must notify Quick SA withing 7 days of the purchase.

You are eligible for a full refund if the items are faulty/broken/accessories missing or if we accidentally delivered a wrong product to you. 

​

A 15% Handling/Transaction Fees will be deducted from refunds where orders were cancelled due to Change of Heart (Not Wanting the Products Anymore). You are liable for return costs and the refund will not include the initial shipping fee.

The customer must return the product within 10 days of receipt and is required to inform Regal in writing via info@quicksa.co.za (within abovementioned seven-day period).

​

For a refund or exchange to be processed, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.

Replacements, refunds, or credits will only be effected once the goods in question have been returned to Quick SA and inspected.

We encourage you to return your parcel via a traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Quick SA.

​

If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges other than the original shipping cost invoiced.

​

We will not refund if there is any evidence that the product has been used.

Once your return article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or declined.

​

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

​

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

​

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@quicksa.co.za and send your item to: Quick SA (Pty) Ltd, 189 Jericho Ave, Watekloof Glen, Pretoria, 0181, South Africa.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping Return goods
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Quick SA (Pty) Ltd, 189 Jericho Ave, Watekloof Glen, Pretoria, 0181, South Africa

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is returned due to you simply not wanting the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
